October Construction Update: Progress Across the Site

As work continues through October 2025, crews are making steady progress on several key areas of the project.

One of those key areas is the NEW Rehearsal Hall, window installation begins on October 6 in this space and will continue throughout the month. You can really see this layout taking shape now!

Meanwhile, in the former library space, the interior wall steel stud installation is well underway. The new 1st, 4th, and 5th floors were completed in September, and teams are now focused on finishing the 2nd and 3rd floors this month.
