Accessibility & Policies
Confederation Centre is wheelchair accessible via the Queen Street entrance and the Richmond Street entrance.
A service charge of $6 is applied to each theatre ticket. This fee includes HST and assists with the everyday operation of the box office.
Confederation Centre is not responsible for tickets purchased from resellers or any third-party seller. Confederation Centre is unable to provide support to tickets not purchased directly through our website or Box Office, and reserves the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors.
Returns: All ticket purchases are final sale. We do not issue refunds or credit.
Exchanges: Tickets may be exchanged to another date/time of the same production up until one (1) business day prior to the performance. These exchanges are based on availability and subject to a $6 service fee per ticket. Call our Box Office directly at 1-800-565-0278 to request an exchange. Please be aware that the price of individual tickets can vary performance-to-performance. Additional charges may apply.
Rescheduled performances: If a performance is rescheduled, ticketholders can use their original tickets for the new date/time. Ticketholders who are unable to attend the new date/time may request a full refund to the original form of payment, an account credit for value of the tickets, or to donate all or part of the value to Confederation Centre and receive a personal tax receipt.
Cancelled performances: If a performance is cancelled, ticketholders can choose to receive a full refund to the original form of payment, an account credit for value of the tickets, or to donate all or part of the value to Confederation Centre and receive a personal tax receipt.
Children 12 months and younger may attend at no cost. Children over the age of 12 months require a paid ticket.
To ensure an enjoyable experience for all, latecomers will not be seated until there is a suitable break in the performance. For the comfort of guests with allergies, please do not wear fragrances in our theatres. The use of cameras, video cameras, and sound recording devices is prohibited in our theatres. Please turn off all cellular phones and pagers before entering the theatre.
