• If you are not happy with your choice, you can activate the Money-Back Guarantee to receive an Account Credit on your Confederation Centre of the Arts Account.
• The performance must be a LIVE at the Centre performance. Rentals and Charlottetown Festival performances do not fall under this program. LIVE at the Centre performances are listed here. Note that PEI Symphony Orchestra productions are done in partnership (including the “Once Upon a Score: The Music of Hollywood” performance) and are also not included in this program.

To activate the Money-Back Guarantee for a performance:

• Leave the theatre within 30 minutes of the start of the performance, at a natural break i.e. between songs.
• Identify yourself to Front of House staff in the theatre lobby and show your physical or digital ticket. The Front of House team member will collect the purchaser’s ticket information or direct you to the Box Office.
• The full amount of the ticket, including taxes and fees, will be given back as an Account Credit on the original purchaser’s Confederation Centre of the Arts Account, applied within 48 hours of the performance.

Patrons requesting the Money-Back Guarantee may not return to the theatre for that performance and may not request an Account Credit past 30 minutes into the performance.
