Purchasing Gift Cards: Through the Box Office, either in person or by phone at 1-800-565-0278.

Redeeming Gift Cards: At the Box office, either in person or by phone, but NOT ONLINE.

What You Get:

• • • A physical Gift Card in a black gift card jacket, picked up from the Box Office at this time.
    • They do not expire. Max $500 purchasable per person.

Pass along the voucher on ticket stock or by email, or the gift card directly to your recipient inside your own holiday or gift card and envelope, or use the convenient print-at-home foldable envelope templates available below.

Purchasing Gift Vouchers and Gift Cards – Details

Visit the Box Office at Queen and Grafton Streets, Charlottetown or call 1-800-565-0278. A friendly Customer Service Representative will walk you through your options. 

• Holiday Bonus: Get a 20% Bonus from Sat Nov 30 at 10:00am to Tues Dec 24 at noon – buy a $50 Gift Voucher or Card and receive an additional $10. 

When purchasing Gift Vouchers, consider: (1) who they are for and (2) how you would like them delivered. 

• When talking to the Customer Service Representative at the Box Office or over the phone, load any amount of the purchase and bonus onto any combination of Gift Vouchers, Gift Cards, or into your own account to be used later, up to $500 per person. Physical Gift Cards must be picked up at the Centre Box Office at this time due to the postal strike. 

• $500 max purchase per person. Does not expire. 

• If you have a Gift Voucher on ticket stock from the Box Office or an email from a phone purchase, give the gift directly, put into your own occasion card, or use one of the convenient print-at-home envelope templates below.  

• Redeem Gift Vouchers and Gift Cards for Confederation Centre programming, either in person, or over the phone. Gift Vouchers can be redeemed online, however Gift Cards cannot be redeemed online at this time. 

Purchasing Gift Vouchers and Gift Cards – After the Sale

After the Black Friday & Holiday Sale ends, vouchers can be purchased online as usual at usual face vale, without a bonus, starting Dec 25, 2024.
