From Ramp to Ribbed Terracotta: The Next Phase of Work Takes Shape

Construction is moving quickly through the winter, with major site access, interior progress, and highly visible exterior upgrades coming in the new year.

• Work has begun on the Richmond Street loading garage ramp and canopy. This scope will continue into early 2026.
• Gyproc installation continues on the 4th and 5th floors (east and west), extending into January.
• Mass timber installation starts for the Richmond Street bump-outs, including interior bridges.
• The rehearsal hall exterior cladding and white terracotta extruded ribbed panels will begin going up.
• Queen Street and Richmond Street windows are now in place.

The team continues to work hard to be on time, on budget, and warm during the winter months.

These spaces will be transformed before our eyes over the next few months.
