“Smile 🙂
 
“I shift ‘difficult conversation’ to ‘honest conversation’  – it changes the energy.”
 
“Support local + global institutions that inform (school + public libraries and Wikipedia). And do so with accuracy and legitimacy.”
 
“Effective conversation also have to be honest in a way that grants Justice to the party that needs it! In the scenario mention there’s one party that was suffering while ethe other wasn’t. So the effective conversation should highlight that?”
