Confederation Centre welcomes new Director of Human Resources 

February 7, 2022 – CEO Steve Bellamy and Confederation Centre of the Arts are pleased to welcome John Mooy to the Senior Management group as the Centre’s new Director of Human Resources.

As a Chartered Professional in Human Resources, Certified Talent Management Practitioner, and Canadian Management Professional, Mooy has over 20 years of progressive HR leadership in both unionized and non-unionized workplaces. He joins the team following management roles at Dosecann and the City of Charlottetown.

“We are very fortunate to have John joining the team,” says Bellamy. “He understands the importance of having an inclusive workplace that supports, develops, and recognizes the skills and dedication of its employees.”

Originally from Nova Scotia, John has called Prince Edward Island home for the past three years.
