Jersey Boys

They were just four guys from New Jersey – until they sang their very first note. They had a sound nobody had ever heard, and people couldn’t get enough. But while their harmonies were perfect on stage, their lives off stage were a very different story.

Catch the rags-to-riches story of the 1960s rock and roll group Frankie Valli and The Four Seasons, featuring hit songs like “Sherry”, “Walk Like A Man”, “Can’t Take My Eyes Off You”, “December, 1963 (Oh What A Night)”, and more

History of the Festival

The Charlottetown Festival is held each summer at Confederation Centre of the Arts. The Festival has long been home to Anne of Green Gables-The Musical™, which holds the Guinness World Record as the “longest-running annual musical,” having played on our stage every summer from 1965 to 2020 when it was cancelled due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Just how did The Charlottetown Festival arrive in such a prominent place in the cultural life of Canada? Like Charlottetown’s improbable place in Canadian history, the existence of the Festival in the capital city of Canada’s smallest province has been both extraordinary and unexpected.
