Exploring Visual Arts
Visual Arts classes at Confederation Centre of the Arts allow students to explore the elements of art through a series of diverse drawing, painting, and sculpting activities. Students create artworks that focus specifically on each of the elements of art: line, shape, value, colour, form and texture. Through fun exercises and lessons, students will learn skills that develop their visual literacy and technical ability.
The Centre’s fully equipped Schurman Family Studio is the ideal place for your child to be immersed in creativity and creation. Working with trained visual arts educators in an enriching environment, your young art enthusiast will explore, create, and have fun!
