Third Party Resellers
Confederation Centre is not responsible for tickets purchased from resellers or any third-party seller. Exchanges/Returns
Returns: All ticket purchases are final sale. We do not issue refunds or credit. If you unable to attend, you may turn in your tickets prior to the performance and receive a personal tax receipt for the value of the ticket.
Exchanges: Tickets may be exchanged to another date/time of the same production up until one (1) business day prior to the performance. These exchanges are based on availability and subject to a $6 service fee per ticket. Call our Box Office directly at 1-800-565-0278 to request an exchange. Please be aware that the price of individual tickets can vary performance-to-performance. Additional charges may apply.

Cancelled performances: If a performance is cancelled, ticketholders can choose to receive a full refund to the original form of payment, an account credit for value of the tickets, or to donate all or part of the value to Confederation Centre and receive a personal tax receipt.
