Buying Online
It’s easy to book theatre tickets at Confederation Centre’s online box office. Online payments are by credit card only; we accept MasterCard, Visa and American Express. Patrons seeking specific seats, or requiring wheelchair or other special-needs seating are asked to call the box office at 1.800.565.0278. 

Buying in Person
Tickets may also be purchased at our box office. Click here for directions to our box office. We accept cash, debit or credit cards at the Box Office.

Service Charges
There is a $3 service charge per ticket for all phone and internet orders. An additional $2 Capital Improvement Fee will be charged on each ticket purchased in The Homburg Theatre, The Mack and Studio theatre.

Exchanges/ Refunds
We will gladly return or exchange any ticket up to the last business day PRIOR to the performance (unless otherwise noted) minus a $3 service charge per ticket. For ticket returns, the balance will be issued on a gift card, less the $3 service charge per ticket. There are no returns or exchanges on or after the day of the performance.

Personal Information
In order to stay in touch with Confederation Centre’s news, last-minute changes in schedules, or to get insider information on discounts or advance booking opportunities, we encourage our customers to provide permission to be contacted via email. Subscribers can opt out at any time of course. We guarantee that personal information gathered by our box office staff will NOT be sold or otherwise distributed to third parties.

Babes in Arms
Children 12 months and younger may attend at no cost. Children over the age of 12 months require a paid ticket.

A Friendly Reminder 
To ensure an enjoyable experience for all, latecomers will not be seated until there is a suitable break in the performance. For the comfort of guests with allergies, please do not wear fragrances in our theatres. The use of cameras, video cameras and sound recording devices is prohibited in our theatres. Please turn off all cellular phones and pagers before entering the theatre.

What are Relaxed Performances?


Sometimes referred to as sensory-friendly experiences, Relaxed Performances give the opportunity for those with various sensitivities towards sensory stimuli to experience and enjoy live theatre.

These performances will be designed in a way to be more comfortable for audience members who may experience anxiety or are not comfortable with some aspects of a traditional theatre setting. This can include people on the Autism Spectrum and their families; those with sensory and communicative disorders or learning disabilities; people with Tourette’s syndrome; someone who might need to move often due to chronic pain or to use the facilities; or even parents with toddlers.
