Anne of Green Gables—The Musical™
Anne of Green Gables—The Musical™ will return to The Charlottetown Festival for the summer of 2026, sharing the stage with Come From Away.
Produced at The Charlottetown Festival every other year, Anne of Green Gables—The Musical™ is such a special artistic achievement, inspiring generations since its first appearance on our stage in 1965.
We are so excited to welcome all our guests back to Avonlea.
About the Musical
Anne of Green Gables—The Musical™ holds the Guinness World Record as the longest-running annual musical, having played on our stage every summer from 1965 to 2020 when it was cancelled due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
It has also been performed more than 2500 times internationally.
