The Musical Theatre program builds on the strong foundation established under Dance Umbrella while reflecting the Centre’s role as a leading hub for musical theatre in Atlantic Canada, as home to the internationally renowned Charlottetown Festival. Now serving youth and adults, the program empowers performers to develop their skills in acting, singing, and movement, fostering confidence and creativity on and off the stage.

Students may join the Musical Theatre program at the start of the season in September. Unlike regular dance classes, Musical Theatre begins preparing for the final showcase in the fall semester.

New students cannot be accepted after the fall registration deadline. Late inquiries will be invited to join the following September intake.
