The safety and security of all guests is our top priority. For this performance the following guidelines are in effect;
- All bags and persons entering the Mack for this performance are subject to search. This may include bags, purses and bulky outwear.
- ID is mandatory for all at entrance and must be on you at all times. Entrance will not be granted without ID. No refunds will be given.
- Upon entry, patrons will be divided into two areas (those 19 and those 19 plus). Each person will be issued a wrist ban to identify age category and directed to designated area.
- Only one admission will be granted into the performance. Should you choose to leave at any point during the performance, you will not be permitted to re-enter.
- Only non-alcoholic beverages will be served for this all Ages event. No outside food or beverage will be permitted onsite.
- Doors will open at 8.00 pm for 8:40 start. Please allow some extra time for entrance. The show will finish by 11.30 pm
- Any person showing outward signs of having consumed alcohol or drugs will not be permitted to enter. No refunds will be given
Anyone asked to stop unacceptable behavior is expected to comply immediately. Should such behaviour continue, mgmt. reserves the right to ask said person to leave the premises and no refunds will be issued.
