The Songs of Johnny & June celebrate the lives and songs of country music’s most iconic couple, Johnny Cash and June Carter, from their first meeting to their final days. Created by Jacob Hemphill with music direction by Melissa MacKenzie, this biographical concert features the powerhouse PEI duo accompanied by a rockstar band. Our very own "Tennessee Three" features Island superstars Logan Richard (lead guitar), Josh Langille (drums), and Sam Langille (bass). These three are known for their sizzling solos, kick-ass grooves, and phenomenal showmanship.

ABOUT KITBAG
Kitbag Theatre began in November of 2020 with the desire to create, present, and produce theatre by and for Islanders at an accessible price. In its first year of operation, Kitbag produced six entirely sold-out productions on PEI, as well as a highly lauded Maritime tour of their inaugural production, Tuesdays & Sundays. Kitbag firmly believes that Islanders deserve a theatre scene that challenges, engages, and is accessible to all — all year round. From dinner theatre to cabaret, from contemporary play to theatre for young audiences, Kitbag keeps proving itself to be a vital new voice in the artistic community of PEI.
