The creativity of artistic minds working with cutting edge technology is on display in a new Confederation Centre Art Gallery exhibition. The annual showcase of works from the students in Holland College’s Media and Communications programs fill the five display units in the concourse at Confederation Centre of the Arts.
The exhibition gives the 65 students in five programs, Fundamental Arts, Graphic Design, Interactive Multimedia, Video Game Art and Animation, and Photography and Digital Imaging, an opportunity to exhibit their work to the public.
“Once again the Confederation Centre has shown its strong support for the programs and students at Holland College by offering a venue for the annual exhibition,” says Nigel Roe, instructor for the Graphic Design program.
Many of the students have not had the opportunity to participate in an exhibition before, and they have carefully selected the pieces of which they are proudest to put in the show.
