Enter to win an opening night package for two to celebrate the opening of this summer’s Charlottetown Festival.
You and a guest will be treated like VIPs at the opening night of the new musical, MAGGIE, on Friday, June 23, and again the next night at the opening of the hilarious whodunit, The Play That Goes Wrong on Saturday, June 24.

Featuring a score by recording artist Johnny Reid and sponsored by The Gray Group Real Estate & Development, MAGGIE tells the story of a Scottish mother who relies on her strength, sense of humour, and loyal group of friends to raise her boys.  Sponsored by Tim Horton’s and starring P.E.I.’s own Graham Putnam, Aaron Ryder, and Dawn Dames, The Play That Goes Wrong is a hilarious whodunit chock full of mishaps and madcap mania that’s fun for all ages.

This opening night package for two also includes three nights’ accommodation at the Holman Grand Hotel in Charlottetown, a $600 Food Island gift card, travel cards for gas and the Confederation Bridge, and the opportunity to meet Johnny Reid, the cast of MAGGIE and the cast of The Play That Goes Wrong.

What are Relaxed Performances?

Sometimes referred to as sensory-friendly experiences, Relaxed Performances give the opportunity for those with various sensitivities towards sensory stimuli to experience and enjoy live theatre.

These performances will be designed in a way to be more comfortable for audience members who may experience anxiety or are not comfortable with some aspects of a traditional theatre setting. This can include people on the Autism Spectrum and their families; those with sensory and communicative disorders or learning disabilities; people with Tourette’s syndrome; someone who might need to move often due to chronic pain or to use the facilities; or even parents with toddlers.
